About My Approach

My priorities as a teacher are to create a compassionate and patient environment for your learning, and to help you regain or refine your authority over your internal experience.

In my classes, you’re invited to listen to your body from the inside out. Instead of commanding or correcting, you learn to ask potent questions and notice the responses that arise. You’re encouraged to listen for subtle inner signals, to respond rather than override, and to follow your own rhythms and impulses, while paying attention to your physical, emotional, and thinking selves. The classes support integration of your whole being.

Working together.

Classes may be a good fit if you’re dealing with minor aches and pains and would benefit from gentle movement that supports a calm, grounded nervous system.

Individual sessions may be a good fit if you’re living with chronic or acute pain, or if you’re seeking support around anxiety, trauma, or other personal challenges. We can begin with a consultation and explore what would best support your needs.
