Hello, and welcome!

I’m Rebecca Davis. My training includes the Feldenkrais Method, Somatic Experiencing, and dance. I’m also an artist and performer with more than 25 years of experience in somatic practices, meditation, and chi gong.

I originally came to the Feldenkrais Method to improve my dance technique, and I’ve stayed with it because it’s a vast and versatile framework for change. The process not only improves mobility and coordination, but also helps calm the nervous system and sharpen perception.

While the Feldenkrais Method is wide-ranging, it isn’t always sufficient on its own. Over the years in private practice, I noticed that some people seeking support for chronic pain needed an additional layer of care. Somatic Experiencing has helped fill that gap. Together, these approaches offer a powerful combination for addressing both physical and emotional pain. I also draw on my experience as an artist to bring creativity, curiosity, and beauty into the healing process.

It is my greatest pleasure to be a supportive partner in another person’s healing. I share what I’ve learned to help others develop a deeper, more compassionate relationship with their own bodies and minds.
